    Q. How do I get cash back car insurance?
    A. By registering you are given a unique ID that is placed into a tracking cookie. You will need to accept the cookie in order to receive cashback.

    Q. How do I know that the tracking code is working?
    A. At the top of the page you will see your registered name.

    Q. How will I get my cash back?
    A. Once the transaction is complete we will send you an email requesting your PayPal registered email or your bank account details to send your cash back

    Q. Can I receive cash back by cheque?
    A. No we run a very lean organisation and we do not raise cheques nor do we use the postal system. We are a 100% on line business keeping costs low and cash back rewards high.

    Q. What information do you retain?
    A. We only receive / retain your registered name, ID and email address. At no time are we given nor do we collect any personal information. We prefer PayPal as all we require is an email address to make a payment. If you provide bank paying in information by email this is used once and deleted once payments has been made.

    Q. How long does it take to get cash back?
    A. This depends largely on the car insurance company. However, on average it will take 4-6 weeks.

    Q. Why does it so long?
    A. Car insurance companies have a standard procedure which is not completed, usually, until physical paperwork has been sent to you and the policy is confirmed by your first payment or full payment via your bank account.

    Q. What information do you have?
    A. We are advised that a policy is pending and again when the transaction is complete.

    Q. How do you know who to pay?
    A. We receive reports based on registered ID. We match this ID to your email address.

    Q. I forgot to register can I still get cash back?
    A. No. There is no way of knowing who has purchased a policy if it was purchased without registering or logging on prior to purchasing.

    Q. I registered but have not received cash back, it has been longer than 6 weeks what do I do?
    A. In the first instance you can reply to your registration confirmation email. This is helpful as it tells us the date and time of your registration. In replying to this email please enter the policy purchased i.e. direct line and the date it was purchased. Our investigation for registered users is vigorous and full proof.

    Q. I have lost my original email and not received cash back. What do I do?
    A. Send an email to customer services help@car-cheap-cover-insurance-uk.co.uk or use the online "live help" facility. Please ensure that you include your user ID and policy details as per above.

    Q. Does buying via www.car-cheap-cover-insurance-uk.co.uk invalidate any other offers
    A. No not at all. Car insurance companies make special offers from time to time. All offers remain valid but are often subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for administering any such offers. We are totally independent and pay the stated cash back regardless of any other special offers. This is great for you as you can obtain all special offers and get cash back as well.

    Q. Why offer cash back car insurance?
    A. We are an independent marketing company much like comparison websites and others that provide resources to promote car insurance companies goods and services. We are not a broker nor do we offer car insurance policies ourselves. We are paid a commission for each policy sold. Unlike our competitors we do not advertise but prefer to reward actual clients directly. As such we share the commission with you rather than wasting it on expensive advertising.
